PawPath wanted to create an "Uber for dog walkers," but the biggest hurdle in the pet care industry is trust. Pet owners are hesitant to hand their dogs over to strangers found through an app.
The challenge was to design a UI that immediately communicated safety, reliability, and transparency, encouraging users to book their first walk with confidence.
